Moving
Emotions.
An experiential journey from the looping stories into embodied connection with yourself.
Through the relationship between emotion, the body, development, and the patterns that shape how we experience ourselves and others.
Our relationship with our emotions IS the missing link.
For 15 years of work Iv'e witnessed and experience it.
People came to me with anxiety, chronic pain, relationship difficulties, overwhelm, parenting challenges, burnout, symptoms, and a sense of feeling disconnected from themselves.
Rarely did someone come because of emotions.
And yet, again and again, emotional capacity became one of the most important factors shaping their healing and growth.
Our relationship with emotion sits at the center of so much of human experience.
How we make decisions.
How we relate.
How we parent.
How we handle conflict.
How we respond to stress.
How we experience our bodies.
Sometimes we experience emotional difficulty as overwhelm. Sometimes as numbness.
Sometimes in intensity. Sometimes they feel inaccessible altogether.
Different expressions. Similar challenge.
Many of us never truly learned how to be in relationship with our emotional life. Because emotional learning depends on relationship — on being met, mirrored, supported, and guided by people who themselves had emotional capacity. And many of us inherited environments where that learning could only happen partially.
This journey was created as an invitation to explore that missing learning. Not simply to understand emotions. But to experience them.
To recognize the patterns that shaped them. To understand the adaptations that formed around them. And to gradually restore a deeper relationship with yourself.
What we will explore
In 'Moving Emotions' we will explore different territories of our emotional life.

Somatic Psychotherapist
Supervisor & Bodyworker
Dana Biechonski Fernandes is a somatic psychotherapist and supervisor, fascia bodyworker, and educator with over a decade of international clinical experience.
Emotions have been at the center of her clinical work for fifteen years — not as a chosen specialty, but as what kept revealing itself as the missing piece in every healing process. She is currently writing a book on the subject: Emotions and the Body.
She works in the space between body and psyche — with precision, depth, and genuine relational presence.
Her approach is grounded in Bodynamic analysis — a somatic developmental psychology system — alongside polyvagal theory, fascia studies, and over a decade of international clinical practice.
Moving Emotions is her first group program — born from fifteen years of individual work and a burning sense that this understanding needs to reach more people.
