Somatic Supervision

A space for therapists and practitioners to deepen their embodied presence, refine their capacity as instruments of the work, and explore the complexity of practice.

Supervision is a place where the practitioner can pause, reflect, and sense more deeply into the work.

Beyond discussing cases, we explore how the therapist’s own body, perception, and presence participate in the therapeutic field.

Working somatically means that the practitioner themselves becomes part of the instrument through which the work unfolds.

Supervision supports the refinement of that instrument.

Supervision may include:

  • Educational supervision, where we integrate Further the Knowledge into our practice and clinical work.

  • exploring clinical cases

  • sensing relational dynamics in sessions

  • understanding somatic and developmental patterns

  • working with countertransference and resonance

  • expanding the practitioner’s capacity to stay present with complexity

The work often includes both reflection and embodied sensing, allowing insights to emerge not only through thinking but through the body.

This space is open to practitioners working in fields such as:

  • psychotherapy

  • somatic therapy

  • bodywork

  • Breathwork

  • trauma-informed practice

  • coaching or facilitation

It may be particularly supportive for practitioners wishing to deepen their capacity to work with the body, emotion, and relational dynamics.
