The Living Fascia:
Hydration, Stress, and Regulation
A live online masterclass
and the sensing body beneath them
This masterclass is an invitation to explore the body as a living, responsive system.
I’m not interested in isolating variables or reducing life to explanations.
I’m interested in the conditions that support life.
And what becomes possible when those conditions shift
In sensation, regulation, and lived experience.
What we’ll explore
-
Fascia as a sensory, communicative, water-rich tissue through which we sense and adapt
-
Regulation as movement, range, and responsiveness — not a state of constant calm
-
Stress, inflammation, and symptoms as adaptive responses to load and overwhelm
-
Hydration and cellular conditions that shape tissue behavior, responsiveness, and flow
-
Molecular hydrogen as a contextual support currently being explored in relation to oxidative stress and inflammation
Who this is for
This masterclass is for anyone curious about why their body sometimes feels overwhelmed, tense, inflamed, or disconnected. And how restoring the capacity to sense can change the way we regulate, heal, and live.
