Coming Back to the Body
A six-part audio journey into deep somatic listening
For years, people have been telling me the same thing.
After sessions, after workshops, after working together — they would say:
I have never been with my body like this before. I didn't know this was possible.
And I kept thinking: this shouldn't only be available inside a session.
So I created this.
Six short audio practices — the quality of presence I bring into my work, available to you wherever you are, whenever you need it.
Not as a replacement for deep work. As a doorway into it.
The gap is not in your understanding.
It is in your relationship with your body.
Most of us were never taught to listen to the body — really listen. We were taught to manage it, push through it, quieten it when it became inconvenient.
So the body learned to speak louder. Through tension. Through exhaustion. Through the feeling that something important is being missed, but you can't quite name what.
Coming Back to the Body is an invitation to stop managing and start listening.
WHAT IT IS
As you are ready to move from understanding to feeling.
Six short audio practices, each one a doorway into a different quality of somatic presence.
You can listen anywhere. All you need is a quiet space and a willingness to arrive.
Welcome to your body — a gentle re-entry. Not a performance of relaxation, but a real coming home.
Slowness as Medicine — discovering what becomes available when you stop rushing through your own experience.
How Do I Feel? — learning to ask the body this question and actually wait for the answer.
Listening Without Fixing — the practice of being with what is here, without the agenda of changing it.
Expansion & Contraction — meeting the natural rhythms of your system, rather than fighting them.
Emotions — approaching what moves in you not as something to manage, but as intelligence waiting to be heard.
Coming Back to the Body is free.

Somatic Psychotherapist
Supervisor & Bodyworker
For fifteen years, I have sat with people who understood themselves deeply — and still couldn't feel the shift.
People who had done the work. Who knew their patterns, could name them, could trace them back to their roots. And yet something remained unmoved.
Again and again, what revealed itself as the missing piece was the same: the body. And within the body — emotion. Not as something to manage or regulate or process. But as movement. As intelligence. As the place where real change actually lives.
I am a somatic psychotherapist, supervisor, and fascia bodyworker with over a decade of international clinical experience. My work lives in the space between body and psyche — between what we understand and what we can actually feel.
I am currently writing a book about all of it: Emotions and the Body.
This audio series is where I begin.
