Educational therapy for Bodynamic students

Your own therapy is where the training becomes yours. In educational therapy, the concepts you study (the developmental stages, the ego functions, the character structures) stop being theory and become something you know from the inside, in your own body and history.

Container structure

Sessions of 90 minutes
Online, or in person near Ericeira, Portugal
Weekly or bi-weekly, in 4-month containers
Support between sessions, as in all my containers

About the work

Educational therapy is part of the Bodynamic training path. It offers you space to meet your own patterns, resources and developmental history through the Bodynamic lens, so that what you later bring to clients rests on lived experience, not only on knowledge.

The sessions are therapy first: your process, at your pace. At the same time, they let you feel how the system works from the client's side, which is one of the deepest ways to learn it.

INVESTMENT

€140 per 90-minute session, for students currently in a Bodynamic training.

Bi-weekly container: 8 sessions over 4 months, €1,120 (€280 per month).

Weekly container: 16 sessions over 4 months, €2,240 (€560 per month).

Payment plans are possible.

WITH ME

I am a Certified Bodynamic Therapist, Educational Therapist and Educational Supervisor. Within the Bodynamic training I co-teach the Foundation and am a teacher in training for Reorienting Birth. I also serve on the board of the Association for Bodynamic Psychology.

I know this training from the inside: as a student, a therapist and a supervisor, and now step by step as a teacher.
