Hands-On Somatic Integration
A combination of fascia-focused touch, emotional presence, and nervous system attunement

These sessions are grounded in gentle, attentive touch, working primarily with fascia—the connective tissue that holds memory, pattern, and protection throughout the body.
Rather than “doing” something to the body, this work is about listening with the hands.
Touch is slow, responsive, and relational. It follows what your system is already expressing—areas of holding, collapse, resilience, or quiet readiness—allowing long-held patterns to soften and reorganize at their own pace.

Some sessions are mostly silent. Others naturally include moments of verbal reflection or emotional processing. We let the session unfold according to what your system needs that day.
This work is especially supportive if:
-
you feel “talked out”
-
your body holds what words cannot reach
-
you sense something wants to shift, but not through effort
For some clients already in ongoing individual work, there are moments when hands-on support can be especially helpful.
At times, patterns we are exploring verbally are held more clearly—or more gently—through direct contact with the body. In these cases, I may suggest one or two in-person, hands-on sessions to support integration, regulation, or softening of long-held holding patterns.
These sessions are not a separate treatment track, but a complementary layer of support within our ongoing work.

Hands-on work can support:
-
chronic tension or pain
-
nervous system overwhelm or shutdown
-
emotional patterns that feel stuck or unreachable through words
-
a sense of disconnection from the body
-
transitions, grief, or integration after deep emotional work
