Individual work · Ongoing
Deep work over time —
so life can move again.
A sustained process supporting the body to reorganize patterns, expand capacity, and restore coherence. This is not occasional support. This is a committed process.
There are phases in life where something deeper is asking to shift.
Not to be fixed. Not to be managed.
But to be met, listened to, and reorganized from within.
These containers are spaces of ongoing work — where we stay long enough for patterns to reveal themselves, for the body to begin to speak more clearly, and for real change to take place.
Many of the patterns we carry in the body did not form in a single moment. They developed over years through experience, adaptation, and protection. Muscle tone shifts. Breath patterns change. Emotional responses organize themselves in ways that once helped us survive.
Real change in the body requires time.
This is for you if
-
You find yourself repeating patterns you understand but cannot shift
-
Your body carries tension, overwhelm, or collapse that doesn't resolve through insight alone
-
You feel disconnected from your body, your emotions, or your sense of direction
-
You are ready for depth, not surface-level tools
-
You are willing to engage in a process over time
This is not for you if
-
You are looking for quick fixes or techniques
-
You prefer occasional sessions without commitment
-
You want intellectual understanding without embodied work
-
You are not ready to meet what emerges in the process
We stay long enough
for patterns to reveal themselves.
For the body to begin
to speak more clearly.
For real change to take place.

"I didn't have to retell my sad story like I had a million times before. It was about being present with my body.
And it was life-changing."
— A.J., United States
"It was life-changing.
After years of anxiety and PMDD, I didn't have to retell my sad story like I had a million times before. It was about being present with my body.
In such a short time, my anxiety symptoms were gone. My PMDD symptoms improved so much. I learned to identify, hold, and feel my emotions instead of pushing through. Big shifts came through small and simple exercises.
But more than anything, I found safety within. I am now able to be with myself and truly enjoy my own company. I feel so much more capable and present in my life."
J. United States
"I learned to manage my chronic tension and stress. I got back in touch with my emotions after not crying for over 20 years. My wife said this process was the best investment I'd ever made."
K.J.G. Norway
"Dana never fails to amaze with her knowledge, her intuitive approach, and her ability to guide you to find your own body's way."
Lilli Hantke, Germany
"She works intuitively and listens to the unspoken needs of the client. I recommend her soft yet strong and deeply supportive sessions."

What makes this work different
Change here is not imposed. It is allowed to unfold.
This is not about regulating yourself into calm. And not about overriding your system.
We work with developmental patterns held in the body. The relationship between structure and emotion. The capacity to stay present with intensity. The intelligence of symptoms as signals.
Sessions are experiential and relational. We follow what emerges — while working with precision and structure.
