Somatic Psychotherapy

Individual work · Ongoing
Where the body can finally
reorganise around life instead of surviving.
An ongoing, mostly online process of somatic psychotherapy
The patterns that shape our lives rarely formed overnight.
They deserve more than techniques.
They deserve relationship.
About the work
The system need to be met, not fixed.
Not to be fixed. Not to be managed.
But to be met, listened to, and reorganized from within.

Many of the patterns we carry in the body did not form in a single moment.
They developed over years through experience, adaptation, and protection.
Muscle tone shifts.
Breath patterns change.
Emotional responses organize themselves in ways that once helped us survive.

Real change happens when awareness becomes embodied—when new movement, sensation, emotion, and experience begin to shift the patterns and imprints we carry.

When we learn to listen, patterns reveal themselves.
The body to begin to speak more clearly.
Embodied change take place.
This is for you if

You understand yourself intellectually, yet your body keeps responding in the same ways.

Your body holds experiences that insight alone has not been able to reorganize.

You feel disconnected from your body, your emotions, or your sense of direction

You are ready for depth, not surface-level tools

You are willing to engage in a process over time
This may not be the right fit if

You are looking for quick fixes or techniques

You prefer occasional sessions without commitment

You want intellectual understanding without embodied work

You look for strategies to control experience rather than relationship with it

-
Connection to the body as a compass to life
"It was life-changing.After years of anxiety and PMDD, I didn't have to retell my sad story like I had a million times before. It was about being present with my body.In such a short time, my anxiety symptoms were gone. My PMDD symptoms improved so much. I learned to identify, hold, and feel my emotions instead of pushing through. Big shifts came through small and simple exercises. But more than anything, I found safety within. I am now able to be with myself and truly enjoy my own company. I feel so much more capable and present in my life."

I learned to manage my chronic tension and stress. I got back in touch with my emotions after not crying for over 20 years. My wife said this process was the best investment I'd ever made

What makes this work different
I don't begin by asking how to change the symptom.
I begin by asking what experience gave rise to it.
Because the body is not malfunctioning.
It is expressing the way experience became organised.

We work with muscles, fascia, movement, emotions, attachment, developmental experience, and the nervous system—not as separate systems, but as different expressions of one organising process.

Rather than teaching the body to override itself, we create the conditions in which it can begin responding differently from within.
