Somatic Psychotherapy

Somatic Reorganization ·
By application and intro session
The body does not need convincing.
It needs the conditions to reorganise.
The only place in my work where in-person structural and fascial work is integrated with the psychotherapeutic process.
A single process unfolding in three movements: preparation, structural work, and integration.
About the work
Structural work engages the fascia, and the nervous system—the living tissues through which experience has become organised. As the body reorganises, old protective patterns and emotions may also begin to shift.
Those changes need relationship, reflection, and time to become part of everyday life.

The same is true in reverse. Psychotherapy can transform how we understand ourselves. But insight alone does not necessarily reorganise the body. Long-standing patterns of tension, movement, and protection often remain unchanged unless they are experienced differently—not only understood differently.

I learned to manage my chronic tension and stress. I got back in touch with my emotions after not crying for over 20 years. My wife said this process was the best investment I'd ever made

I. PREPARATION — in person / ONLINE
We build the foundation.
Before anything is touched, we build the foundation -
We develop the relationship the work will depend on. We cultivate enough safety for your system to begin exploring change. Together, we trace how your history became your particular organisation, recognise the resources already present within it, and discover what becomes possible from there.
II. STRUCTURAL WORK — IN PERSON, WEEKLY
We invite the body to reorganise.
Weekly in-person sessions of structural integration, fascia work, and nervous system-oriented manual work—not as separate techniques, but as one continuous process. The hands-on work is not where this journey begins. It is what the preparation has made possible. Every session is held within the psychotherapeutic relationship, so structural change can be integrated as it happens.
III. INTEGRATION — in person / ONLINE
We help change become part of everyday life.
Integration begins with the first structural session and continues throughout the process.

Online sessions take place between and after the structural work,
helping the body make sense of what is changing. This is where structural change becomes lived experience—where new possibilities are woven into relationships, movement, emotion, and everyday life.

Why I work this way
This work is deeply personal.
Structural work was what changed my own chronic pain. But as my body reorganised, trauma and emotion surfaced with it, and I had to find my own way through that process.
That experience shaped how I have worked ever since. For years, I have combined hands-on structural work with psychotherapy, rather than treating them as separate paths. This format is the evolution of that work.

Who is it for
This process is designed for people who want to include hands-on structural work within the depth and continuity of psychotherapy, rather than receiving either in isolation.

If you've been in a loop for a long time—understanding yourself, trying different approaches, yet finding that your body keeps returning to the same place—this may be the piece that has been missing.
Here, hands-on structural work is not offered instead of psychotherapy. It becomes part of it. The psychotherapeutic process provides the continuity, relationship, and integration that allow structural change to become part of everyday life.

Because this process is intensive and highly individual, it begins with an application and an introductory session. Together, we'll explore whether this is the right timing and the right format for your system.
